Gatecrasher Gets Back Into BED With Morillo

Forget news of the Take That reunion, there’s only one reunion that’s important at the moment!  Gatecrasher has finally announced that Erick Morillo, globally revered superstar DJ, producer and remixer, will headline the long awaited Bed Re-Union at Gatecrasher One, Sheffield, on New Years Day.

Coveted by many as the best house DJ in the world, Morillo is internationally recognised as a platinum selling artist with a string of chart topping worldwide hits to his name.  His immense talent has also been recognised by his musical peers too, with Erick having remixed everyone from Whitney Houston to Basement Jaxx, from the Sneaker Pimps to Macy Gray.

Morillo will be at the helm to kick off the first night of the New Year with a four hour set that will have clubbers screaming in excitement as Erick works the crowd into a frenzy with a dazzling array of special effects and jackin’ House Grooves.

Joining Erick in the main room are two of Sheffield’s Favourites, Bed main room resident Corey and John Jones of Hed Kandi fame will be rocking the crowd with a diverse mix of sounds including disco, funk and electro edged house.

In addition, a host of Sheffield’s finest Djing talent, including Dave Cosina and Bed white room residents Adam Cooling & Nathen Lewin, will be working their magic on the decks to create an atmosphere of delirium and ecstasy in the Electric Box.

And all of this in the confides of the newly refurbished Gatecrasher One, which now boasts lavish interiors befitting a high class designer hotel, colour changing acrylic walls and fibreglass sculptural seating. 

As can be expected there will be some seriously heavy demand for this event and tickets are expected to sell out.
