Get Physical with an electro workout by M.A.N.D.Y @ Electric Brixton

London's newest venue Electric Brixton are wasting no time when it comes to pulling in some of the biggest acts and nights around. 

And on Saturday 15th October, those lovely folk at London Warehouse Events present Get Physical; a night of high tempo workouts at the hands of electro doyens M.A.N.D.Y.

The two sons of Deutschland have been heavy on the gig circuit and busy pushing their Get Physical label, co-founded with good friends Booka Shade and DJ T. Stitched together with a meager €8,000 loan, Get Physical has managed to quite quickly move its way up the ranks and with two of the electronic music world’s banging acts as its honchos, it’s not hard to see why.

There is an air of mystery shrouding the true meaning behind the acronym of M.A.N.D.Y., an alias which embodies the mutual talents of childhood friends Philipp Jung and Patrick Bodmer. The pair readily indulge this curiosity by toying with various clever possibilities, including Me AND You, but the truth is likely a giggle under each of their talented breaths. 

M.A.N.D.Y. have carved a unique niche in electronic music by consistently selecting productions that induce their audience into a somatic frenzy. On the platform of their aptly titled Get Physical label, they've has achieved massive success in colluding to create music that simply makes bodies move.

With support from Get Physical label friends still to be announced plus London hero Chris Stanford, this has all the ingredients for a full on Get Physical Workout.

Room two will be left in the capable hands of Magma, who’ve supported at some of the best events in the capital in recent times - including Drumcode, Leftroom and Cocoon.
