Meet London-born and based musician and poet, Arlo Parks.
The rising talent, known for her breakthrough single 'Cola', featured on just about every 'one to watch' list this year, and was longlisted for the BBC Music Sound of 2020.
Aged just nineteen, Parks has already toured with Loyle Carner and Jordan Rakei, played festivals including Great Escape, Latitude and Glastonbury, and is gearing up to embark (all being well) on a tour of Europe and the U.S..
Not bad going for someone who, in her own words, 'spent most of school feeling like that black kid who couldn't dance for shit, listening to too much emo music and crushing on some girl in her Spanish class.'
