The god of all festivals has flexed its almighty muscles once again with another blockbuster line up. Emily Eavis had us speculating over the final British act to snap up a coveted headline slot, until in suitable Adele fashion, the singer let the tear sodden Saturday spectacle out of the bag prematurely.
We're convinced that we could have squeezed the line up out of the Eavis family much earlier by subjecting them to a torture chamber soundtracked by Coldplay's 'Adventure Of A Lifetime' on repeat, but it's finally here and there's plenty to get stuck into.
From Underworld to LCD Soundsystem to Foals and New Order, the line ups already pointing towards a traffic jam of a clash finder.
The Last Shadow Puppets look a good call to seductively dazzle the onlooking Pyramid mob; Skepta and Stormzy will bring the house down for obvious reasons and we're already looking ahead to big appearances from Disclosure, Beck and Grimes who are also stamped into our essential playlist (listen below).
