GlobalGathering Announces First Wave of Acts

Long Marston Airfield's monolithic rave festival GlobalGathering today announces it's first wave of artists to head up 2014's edition.

Festival hype is well and truly building now, and our festivals section is getting fuller by the second. Today one of the biggest dance music festival brands in the world  - GlobalGathering announces its first wave of acts for the UK event held once again at Stratford-Upon-Avon's Long Marston Airfield.

The illustrious Annie Mac will be one of the major players to be soundtracking this year's installment. Now one of the most iconic figures in British dance music, responsible for shaping a generation of music fans with her pivotal role on Radio One, the tastemaking Irish DJ will grace GlobalGathering with one of her legendary, eclectic sets that embraces the finest in breakthrough dance music right across the board. 

Legendary rave pioneers The Prodigy will join her, with one of their trademark high octane, exhilarating live sets (above) in the offing. World beating Australian electronic duo Knife Party, Belgian liquid funkateer Netsky, Ram Records and drum n bass institution Andy C,  American electro,hip hop and soul trailblazer Pretty Lights and one of the hottest crossover production duos in the country - Chase & Status also join the bill.
