The eleventh edition of Liverpool Music Week sees a city debut when Godspeed You! Black Emperor entertain the Camp and Furnace on Tuesday 27th October.
Liverpool Music Week takes place from Tuesday 22nd - Saturday 31st October and showcases a plethora of musical talent across the city's varying hotspots. Godspeed You! Black Emperor maintain a similar aesthetic for the festival with Mogwai and Caribou appearing last year.
The experimental outfit amalgamate orchestral sounds with post-rock to create a blanket of hypnotic eclecticism that's gained the Montreal group a generous following since their 1994 inception (see them in action above).
Camp and Furnace provides the perfect setting for the band with its vast cavernous space, making this one a sure spectacle for the people of Liverpool and beyond.
