Gomez, Jake Evans (Bad Lieutenant) and Craig Charles join already announced acts Graham Coxon, Baxter Dury, Little Barrie, and of course The Modfather himself.
One of the best live bands in the country and Southport’s finest export, the award winning and critically acclaimed Gomez will play their eagerly anticipated new material and extensive back catalogue of hits under the shadow of the Lovell telescope.
Another welcome addition is Jake Evans (Bad Lieutenant) whose fully rounded vocals, ear for perfect pop and supreme guitar playing led to him co founding Bad Lieutenant, a band that has featured New Orders Bernard Sumner, Stephen Morris and Phil Cunningham as well as Alex James from Blur. His solo set is sure to be a highlight of the show.
Craig Charles a.k.a Lister will be appearing for an exclusive Q and A ahead of the airing of the 10th series of cult show Red Dwarf. The Q&A session will take place in the Science Arena with a Jodrell Bank scientist on hand to relate the fiction of sci-fi series Red Dwarf to the facts of space exploration. Craig will also be bringing his funk & soul show along too.
