After posting new designs of the virtual band's members, Jamie Hewlett has uploaded a Gorillaz-esque David Bowie piece of artwork on his Instagram.
The potential teaser was shared yesterday (Sunday 6th December) by the visual artist with the caption 'Bad David'.
Damon Albarn and Hewlett confirmed in October that they were working on a new album, the band's follow up to 2010's Plastic Beach.
It's only speculation up to now, but David Bowie's album Hunky Dory was featured on the sleeve for Plastic Beach and Albarn and Bowie have performed together previously. So, could a collaboration be on the cards?
