Since the release of her seminal debut album in 1996, Gretchen Peters has gone onto to become one of Nashville's most beloved and respected artists. It was that first recorded studio output that spawned the track 'On A Bus To St Cloud', a song that "earned her a spot among country's upper echelon of contemporary composers" according to People Magazine.
Over the last 20 years and more, Peters has delivered heaps of stunning live performances, demonstrating her exquisite songwriting ability and vocal capabilities. It's these credentials that earned her an induction into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in October 2014 by singer-songwriter Rodney Crowell, who called her 'both a songwriter and a poet (who) sings as beautifully as she writes."
On top of that; In 2015 The Telegraph named her one of the greatest 60 female singer-songwriters of all time, and her career is set to continue on with a new, untitled album touted for release in May.
