Heartland Festival brings The View and more to Pitlochry in June

The brand-new family-friendly Heartland Festival comes to Pitlochry Recreation Ground in Pitlochry on Saturday 29th - Sunday 30th June 2024, bringing headlining and up-and-coming indie and acoustic artists to the heart of Scotland. 

The festival focuses entirely on Scottish talent, showcasing some of the country’s biggest and best indie acts. The Heartland Stage will see performances from ‘Same Jeans’ indie favourites The View, Idlewild, Tide Lines, Nina Nesbitt, and more across the weekend. 

Zoe Graham, Jennifer Stewart, Cammy Barnes, Skerryvore, Blue Violet, Spyres, and more will be warming up the crowds on the main stage while, over on the Discovery Stage, there’ll be performances from 12 up-and-coming local acts, including The Outskirts, Durango Blue, Sara Rae, and more. 

Created with families and children in mind, there'll be several attractions to enjoy on both days of the fest alongside the music. Heartland Festival also supports two local charities, Highland Perthshire Communities Partnership and the Pitlochry Community Action Trust, which work to improve the area.

With Pitlochry Railway Station near the site, getting to and from the event is easy, and if you’re driving, parking can be found on-site, too.
