Grammy nominated Hiatus Kaiyote play a number of UK tour dates next month beginning in Manchester.
Self-professed distributors of 'Multi-Dimensional, Polyrhythmic Gangster Shit', the future-soul quartet are one of the most original and respected live bands navigating the globe.
Their 2015 album Choose The Weapon (listen to 'Shaolin Monk Motherfunk' above) has been plucked up for album of the year by Jazz FM, a nomination rightly deserved with all 17 tracks sporting mesmerising grooves and complex rhythms that border anything from jazz to prog-rock to funk.
