Often considered Scotland's more prolific producer of late, Hostage has distributed gratis across the blogosphere a ton of quality productions that have caught the interest of djs and promoters throughout the UK and as far away as Asia and Australia. With releases on Nightshifters and a slew of hot remixes under his belt, Hostage is building a loyal following through his formidable producing, remixing and showmanship.

Hostage has recently received much increased BBC Radio 1 support from Kissy Sellout, Judge Jules, Andy George and Annie Mac who has just chosen 'Pirates' to feature on her upcoming Annie Mac Presents CD. Hostage's tough-electro to bassline-house tracks span a wide spectrum of musical styles and his tracks and remixes are also now a firm fixture in the sets of DJs like Tommie Sunshine, DJ Craze and Lee Mortimer as well as his productions being played by club DJs all over the world.
