It’s your first time here and you don’t want to miss a thing (at least 7 days)
So, it's your first time in Ibiza, and you're eager to soak up everything (mainly through your liver) this magical island has to offer. We totally get it! Ibiza is a paradise of endless possibilities, and it can be overwhelming trying to figure out how many days you need to experience it all. Well, fear not, fellow adventurer, because we're here to guide you through the ultimate Ibiza escapade!
To truly immerse yourself in the Ibiza experience, we recommend staying on the island for at least 7 days, with any extra being based on how much you can afford. This will give you ample time to both get at it at one of Ibizas many amazing bars, as well as get your rave goggles on and get grooving in clubs like Eden, Hi Ibiza, Ushuaia, Ibiza Rocks, and so many more. Plus, you’ll have more than enough time to rest up between the heavy sessions.
On such days, or just ones where you’ve worn out your dancing shoes, you’ll be able to explore the stunning beaches, witness breathtaking sunsets, and soak up the rich cultural heritage of the Island that is oft forgotten in favour of the nightlife. Ibiza Town, San Antonio, and Playa d'en Bossa are must-visit areas that offer different vibes and attractions.
Remember, Ibiza is a sensory overload in the best possible way. So for you Ibiza virgins, take your time, embrace the adventure, and get ready to lose yourself in the magic of Ibiza!

You want to enjoy the world's best clubbing scene (5-7 days)
Alright, party animals and rave connoisseurs, this section is all about you and those boss dancing shoes you like to wear as much as possible! We know you’ve already been to the Island, and we know your main goal will be to go on an unforgettable journey of beats, bass, and non-stop dancing; so for this, we can recommend you head out for 5-7 days.
This will give you enough time to truly immerse yourself in the pulsating nightlife that the island has to offer. From Pacha to Eden, Amnesia to Hi Ibiza, Ushuaïa (which you can find a full list of events for - HERE) to Ibiza Rocks, there are holy sites from the raver's religion all across the Balearic island, and this time frame will give you a chance to hit them hard and fast, with a ‘sleep all day, party all night attitude.’
We know you guys probably aren't that bothered about the cultural spots and beaches, you just want to get at it and groove along like nobody’s watching to some of the very best DJs on the planet. Well, with 5-7 days you’ll be ankle to cherry-pick your favourite set of nights and hit them one at a time, with your resting done by the side of your pool through the day, as you won’t be sleeping when it's dark.
One suggestion we do have with this though, is to make sure to plan in advance. Book your tickets before you come and avoid any stress, and the best place to do that (in our opinion) is on Skiddle. To get booking and planning, you can find our Ibiza events guide, by clicking, or tapping - HERE
You Are Coming for a Stag/Hen Do (2-3 days)
Alright party planners, this section is for those looking to give their soon-to-be-wed friends the send-off of a lifetime. Ibiza is the perfect destination to celebrate a stag or hen do in style, and whilst it may be on the expensive side, if you’re planning to come for one we know that already isn't an issue.
In our opinion, for a stag or hen do, you should be planning a 2-3 day stay in Ibiza. YOu could start the celebrations with a boat party, cruising the turquoise waters with music and bevraginos; Hit up renowned beach clubs like Ocean Beach Club or Ibiza Rocks Hotel for poolside luxury and a vibrant atmosphere. And of course, don't miss out on the legendary nightlife at Hi Ibiza, Ushuaia, or Eden. Having a schedule for this is essential, especially with just being out there a few days, but if you’re coming on a stag or hen, chances are you’re a tad older (and probably wouldn't be able to survive much longer anyways.)
If the clubbing aint your thing, then you should definitely get (semi) early nights, and head out bright and early to one of the sensational cultural and natural wonders of the island; your ageing head will thank you. 2-3 Days for a Stag/Hen do is the perfect time for a glimpse at everything the island has to offer, whilst keeping costs and people overdoing it to a minimum!
You’re coming for a getaway with your partner (3-4 days, over a long weekend)
If you and your other half are fans of raves, sun, beaches, and incredible food, then Ibiza is a fantastic option for a romantic getaway. We recommend setting aside 3-4 days to immerse yourselves in the enchanting atmosphere of the island, giving you time to dip your toes into each facet of its character.
From exploring Ibiza's breathtaking shores, at beaches like Cala Conta and Talamanca, hand in hand; to witnessing the mesmerizing sunset at a beachfront bar, sipping cocktails as the sky bursts with vibrant colours; to indulging in romantic dining experiences, from candlelit dinners on the beach to exquisite restaurants the riders never make it to; or to just getting your best rave gear on and partying side by side with your favourite person until the birds sing; whatever your drift as a couple, the Balearic island has it all.
A romantic escape in Ibiza is fit for anyone, although, we do have to admit that if you are a couple who raves together, you may just have a better time. 3-4 days will be the perfect long weekend away for the two of you, and you’ll be wanting to go back every year.
You want to come out for the season (Just do your thing)
If you're doing this, we probably don't have anything to tell you that you don't already know, just get out there and do your thing! Just make sure to look after those who aren't as experienced, you were a first-timer once too!
