Christmas is almost here! Between the food, friends and family, presents, and of course the few days off work, it might be the best day of the year. And each family has their own way of doing Christmas. Maybe you open presents after you’ve eaten, for example. Or do Christmas crackers at the table. But just because you know how you like to do Christmas, doesn’t mean you can’t put a luxe spin on it.

If there’s any time of year to be the boujee queen you are, it’s Christmas (okay, and your birthday). And this year’s perfect as we have four straight days of Christmas, including Boxing Day and the two bank holidays. Brilliant! So let’s get straight into it. Here’s how to have yourself a boujee Christmas…

Dress the part

Being boujee is more of a mindset than anything else. But your true boujee self is unleashed when you reflect how you feel on the inside on the outside. We know you copped some fresh outfits on Black Friday. It’s time for them to make their debut!

But if you located your self-restraint this year and didn’t splash out on any sales… it’s Christmas. Now’s a better time than ever to treat yourself. You want to look and feel good and if you’re spending time with friends or family, dressing up shows them that you care. Two great excuses for you to buy something that makes you feel on top of the world this Christmas.

Sip on cocktails or champagne

Spirits, beer, and wine are good. But there’s just something about holding a cocktail with pretty garnish or a glass of champagne with a strawberry in it that just feels different. And you could do this at home. Or you could head out with some friends or family to drink in style in a classy bar. Perhaps somewhere with a skyline view? Or a bottomless brunch that plays RnB jams so you can feel yourself as you sip, chat, and dine?

Go for a fancy meal

You probably want to have Christmas dinner at home and fair do's. Besides, if you have plans to eat at your parent’s, they’ve probably already stuffed the fridge with food so it’d be rude to drop out. And pretty much everywhere is closed on Christmas day anyway. But as we mentioned, you’ve got plenty of time this year to go out for a meal. You’ve got Boxing Day and two whole bank holidays to go out somewhere and splash out on a meal. Winter is the season for eating, so why not go out and try something new?

Book something boujee

There are always so many amazing events to take advantage of, no matter what you’re into. If you want to keep true to the Christmassy vibe, you could try something like a light trail or ice skating. For something a little different, you could try a river cruise. Or if you’re a partier through and through, you could head over to a club. And why not upgrade to VIP? You only live once. Let your boujee self run free.

Christmas is amazing as it is. But why not kick it up a notch this year and make it even chicer. A bit more you. With little changes here and there, you can take your standard old Christmas and give it the boujee makeover both you and it deserves.

If you’re ready to upgrade your Christmas, book your boujee Christmas now to avoid disappointment.
