Huge Closing Parties at Space Ibiza

Summer is very nearly on its way out, and Space Ibiza is gearing up to wave goodbye to the 2011 season in the only way it knows how - with a huge few weeks of incredible parties.

The closing party period is renowned as a highlight of the Ibiza calendar, when clubbers and DJs from all over the world converge on the island to say goodbye to the summer for another year, and celebrate a fantastic season of Ibiza events.

If you're flying out to the White Isle this month for one last dose of balearic bliss before the winter sets in, then make sure you get your closing party tickets before you fly out, because it seems like the world and his wife have the same idea.

Space Ibiza's biggest weekly nights will be hosting their spectacular closing parties across the last two weeks of September. Here are some of the island's biggest and baddest closing events:

14th September: Be Closing Party

Armin Van Buuren returns to Space for the last instalment of his residency at Wednesday night House and Trance night, Be. For the Be Closing Party Armin will be joined by Gareth Emery, Markus Shulz, Fedde le Grand, Wally Lopez and loads more.

16th September: Come Together Closing Party

Joining together a colourful spectrum of nationalities and sounds, Come Together has proved to be one of Space Ibiza's most successful new nights. Rounding off its first season in a suitably loud style, the Come Together closing party will feature a live show from Magnetic Man, and DJ sets from Pendulum & MC Verse, Jaguar Skill, and Brodinski.

20th September: Carl Cox The Revolution Continues Closing Party

Rounding off yet another fantastic season of quality electronic music at Space Ibiza, Carl Cox returns for the last instalment of his Tuesday night residency. Joining him to say goodbye to Ibiza for another year will be Loco Dice, Tini, Yousef and DJ Sneak.

25th September: We Love… Space Closing Party

We Love... has presided over Sundays at Space for over a decade, proving to be one of the most popular and enduring parties the island has seen. Rounding off a  hugely successful Summer season at Space Ibiza, We Love… have enlisted the help of some of the biggest electronic artists in the world, with  Fatboy Slim, Aphex Twin, 2manyDJs, James Zabiela, Joris Voorn and loads more lined up to close We Love… Space in style.

26th September: Mondays Calling Closing Party

One of island's more unique parties, the lively atmosphere make it the perfect way to experience the true essence of Ibiza's party spirit. With the best house music around, coming courtesy of the renowned roster of national and international DJs, this party is all about the dance floor. Say goodbye to this unique night for another year with the help of Mark Knight & Martijn ten Velden, D Ramirez & Kim Fai, Michael Woods, Camilo Franco and Marco Loco.

29th September: Kehakuma Closing Party

A big night for the more underground music lover, German influenced deep house and minimal tech are the order of the day at Kehakuma. A chic Japanese theme runs through the club giving an air of sophistication to this less commercial Ibiza club night. Joining resident Nick Curly for this closing party will be Jamie Jones, Glimpse LIVE, Simon Baker and lots more.

30th September: Rock Nights Closing Party

Colourful and raucous, Rock Nights at Space Ibiza see the audience dress up according to a theme to party the night away to DJs and spectacular live shows. The fancy dress theme for this event is Tim Burton, and tunes will be provided by The Klaxons (DJ set), Amable, Nasty Mondays, Colin Peters and loads more.

2nd October: Space Ibiza Closing Fiesta 

The closing party to end all closing parties, the Closing Fiesta will top off an incredible season of events at Space Ibiza with a line-up of some of the club's best loved residents and 2011 guests. Carl Cox, Armin Van Buuren, Faithless Sound System, Steve Lawler, Fedde le Grand, Markus Shulz, Wally Lopez and Guy Gerber are just some of the huge names turning out to see off summer 2011 at Space Ibiza.
