For the second year, the British Sound Project all day live music extravaganza, taking place in Manchester's Victoria Warehouse, brings the best in indie and alternative to the huge venue.
Having already announced post-punk trio headliners White Lies, more of the best in indie and alternative music has been added to the bill. Psychedelic indie outfit The Horrors join White Lies, the Southend-on-Sea quintet set to perform from their back catalogue of four garage rock albums.
Having dominated the festival circuit in recent years, including the likes of Reading and Leeds Festivals as well as Parklife and Glastonbury, the band responsible for the ridiculously catchy singles ‘My Number’ and ‘Inhaler’, swap their guitars for decks. Foals bring their quirky charm to this year’s event as they're to play a very special DJ set.

Adding more psychedelic elements to the mix are the five piece reverb ridden TOY. Having recently completed an extensive headline UK tour, the band now come to the huge Victoria Warehouse to perform their shoegaze-y sounds. Signed to Heavenly Recordings (also the label of the Wytches, the Orielles), the band promises dreamy psych-pop.
Also added are Scottish indie outfit White, alt band New York Tourists, quartet Airways and Manchester's own Cupids.
