Iceland's Secret Solstice announces world's first $1million festival ticket

The ultimate festival experience could be yours for a cool million dollars

Reykjavik-based music festival Secret Solstice has revealed a one-off ticket on sale for $1million - thought to be the most expensive festival ticket on Earth.

For your hard-earned cash, you'll get a return flight in a business jet for you and five other guests from where ever you want in the world. Once you've arrived in Iceland you'll get the use of two private luxury cars, complete with drivers and security, for a week, which will take you to two private concerts by two acts described as "prominent Icelandic musicians".

As well as that, you'll get helicopter transfers across Iceland with an aerial tour of the island thrown in. You'll also get access to the world's first concert to be held inside a volcano, access to the world's only party inside a glacier and private access to Iceland's world famous Blue Lagoon. Of course, they've thrown in complete access to the main Secret Solstice 2016 event for good measure.

The identity of the mystery Icelandic acts has not been revealed but one will be playing at the Reykjavik residence in which the guests will be staying, while the other will be held on the middle of an Icelandic lava field. The helicopters will take you there naturally.

If you haven't got a spare $1million lying around, regular tickets for Summer Solstice are available. Some of the acts confirmed, include Radiohead, Deftones, Goldie and Jamie Jones
