It's been a mighty return from the In:Motion crew, who from the 4th of this month have been plunging headlong into their fifth season of parties, housed in Bristol's superb Motion rave centre. Having already welcome the likes of Midland, Skream, Will Saul and Loefah in October (head here for more on In:Motion in October), we thought we'd best let you in on what November will bring.
Let's begin at the start - November 1st where Bristol rave builders Just Jack join up with In:Motion to stage a heavyweight bout between some of house music's biggest hitters. Innervisions co-bosses Ame, Mano Le Tough and Shed's house-centric alias Head High are among the players you won't want to miss.
November 8th sees In:Moton team up with perhaps THE most revered drum n bass imprint of our times - Ram Records to supply a breakneck bass feast with Bass Music Awards 'Lifetime Achievement' winner Andy C (above), Loadstar and Wilkinson amongst the star guests. Get your tickets here.
All conquering house brand Defected bring their In The House party to the venue on November 15th with Sam Divine (check out her mix for us here) Duke Dumont and Shenoda taking centre stage, followed by bass-wise house crew Eton Messy on the 21st, with Blonde, Isaac Tichauer, and plenty more providing the soundtrack. Tickets available here.
Grime and UK garage is on the cards when Tropical takes over the rave space on Saturday 22nd. Wth Bristol being such a national hotspot for forward thinking bass music, this festival sized line up boasts sets from Boy Better Know mainstays JME and Skepta, with Rinse FM grime authority Plastician (relive his and Skepta's classic 'Intensive Snare' above) also joining Preditah and Big Narstie in the Boynod curated main room.
Bass heads New York Transit Authority and Mak and Pasteman are amongst the stellar cast in charge of room two. Bag your tickets here.
Tastemaking YouTube channel turned innovative party builders UKF let all hell break lose on the 28th, with Kove, The Prototypes, and Sub Focus amongst the high octane action on offer. Head here for tickets.
Futureboogie closes down November the following night with Jackmaster, Lil Louis, Gerd Janson, Prosumer and Waifs & Strays just some of the beat technicians in control of the ones and twos. Get those tickets here.
