Manchester's huge student festival Pangaea returns this June, following the reveal of their initial line up today.
Included on the announcement are the likes of Manchester hip hop collective LEVELZ and Afrobeat funk musician Dele Sosimi and his Afrobeat Orchestra, as well as Riot Jazz Brass Band and MSC Big Band.
The festival is one of a kind. The biggest student event in Europe, it's organised by University of Manchester's student union, yet open to anyone at all with a student ID. Taking over all floors of Manchester Academy on Thursday 7th June, the festival is known for its spectacular, immersive production, complete with lighting creations, installations and even a costume theme.
