Inkfolk's October festival brings Manuel Göttsching's acclaimed E2 E4 composition to be performed in the UK for the first time at The Hebden Bridge Picture House on Saturday 3rd October.
The seminal masterpiece has only been performed in a handful of major cities around the world, so it represents a major coup for the festival that they can present one of the most influential pieces of electronic music.
A firm fixture back in the day at The Paradise Garage, played by legendary selectors like Larry Levan, E2 E4 is largely attributed to the birth of house and techno. It spans 58 minutes and 38 seconds and has been reworked by figures like Carl Craig and Derrick May in the past.
Early bird tickets sold-out - Tickets go on general sale at 11am on Tuesday 4th August.
