We've launched a brand new platform to help people sell on unwanted tickets fairly and get more people to the music they love.

Life is full of changes. Plans can shift in an instant, opportunities and inconveniences can arise, and when you suddenly can no longer make an event there's nothing worse than having to spend time trying to find a new owner for tickets you've bought.
So, as part of a drive to make things easier for our customers and a continuing stand against touts, we've developed Re:Sell, to stop tickets falling into the wrong hands and get a fairer deal for music fans.
We worked with Belladrum Festival to develop the program for a hugely successful pilot, and it's now a fully launched service. Using Re:Sell is the safest and cheapest way to pass a ticket on to someone who deserves it.
The basics are: if an event is sold out and you can no longer go, get in touch with us and we will try and sell the ticket on for you. If we do you'll get the face value of your purchase back, at no extra cost.
It's great too for people who missed out the first time. Tickets can go quickly for popular events, and this way you won't pay over the odds for someone capitalising on that demand - you'll just pay the going rate the time you buy them.
You don't have to sell every ticket as well, meaning partial cancellations of a group booking can be done easily. It's really easy to do, check your order history and we'll let you know if Re:Sell applies to your purchase.
