Jackmaster to play Mixmag Live show in Glasgow

To coincide with him gracing the magazine's front cover, Jackmaster will play in his hometown this August.

Jackmaster is set to play a Mixmag Live show at the Art School in his home city, Glasgow. The event will take place on Friday 19th August and will also feature fellow local heroes Optimo.

The monthly Mixmag Live events highlight an artist who is set to grace the magazine's prestigious front cover, an accomplishment granted only to the most talented and lauded DJs. The events have previously been headlined by Carl Cox, Heidi, Black Coffee and Loco Dice to name just a few.

It's the first time that the event has been held north of the border, but it's only suitable that Jackmaster commemorates such a massive accolade in a city which so heavily defines who he is as an artist.
