Here are the nominees and winners of last night’s RTÉ Choice Music Prizes in Dublin.
Date published: 8th Mar 2024
Last night, the 19th annual RTÉ Choice Music Prize Awards went down at Dublin’s Vicar Street to celebrate some of the best music and artists Ireland has produced.
The Album of the Year winner, chosen by a panel of eleven industry experts and Irish media professionals, received a €10,000 prize provided by The Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) and The Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA).
As well as dishing out awards to the best Irish artists around right now, the show saw live performances from nominees. Stellar performances were given by rock band The Murder Capital, contemporary Irish folk group Lankum, indie’s Ezra Williams, rapper Kojaque, alternative artist Rachael Lavelle, Irish folk singer John Francis Flynn, country-pop singer-songwriter CMAT, and indie-pop band Soda Blonde.
