Firmly established Derry blowout Jika Jika! has remained on point with every aspect of it's carefully curated billings for a hefty 14 years now. New Year's Eve welcomes more of the same as a cluster of able selectors blanket the Strand Bar with heaps of raw, jagged techno. 

Besieging the club space at the hallowed heights of the billing with an unforgiven salvo of industrious techno are Scottish pairing Clouds. Revered in the condensed genre sphere, the pairing have released on the likes of Soma and Turbo, reiterating their thorough know how when it comes to mustering up a record from a darkened abyss. 

With slabs of heavy hitting techno to fall back on like 'Tropical Fuck' and 'Gothic North' - that can be heard in their Boiler Room below, it's a given that when Clouds are on set, they're well equipped to spearhead an archetypal rave up. 

The billing is buoyed by the inclusion of Means&3rd, permeating the club setting with a discerning palette of infectious wax, benefited from his pivotal role at the infamous Eastern Bloc records. JikaJika regular Swoose is also locked in place, a name that's steadily rising on the house ladder as one of the go to names for nineties derived house.
