Derry-based party organisers Jika Jika! have announced plans to move into Manchester with a new series of 2020 shows, launching with an inaugural Easter Sunday event in a secret location on the 12th April.
The team - who also founded the Jika Jika! Festival in 2018 - will bring Glasgow house and techno party-starter Jackmaster to the northern clubbing capital, along with Manchester native DJ and producer Willow.
Originally founded as 'Inertia' at the turn of the millennium, Jika Jika! began life as a collective outlet championing underground house and techno music in Derry, and continues two decades later with a similar purpose: 'to give quality DJs and producers the opportunity to let people hear what they're about, and to bring music lovers and likeminded individuals together without the restraints of commercial clubbing'.
Previous Jika Jika! guests include the likes of Sven Vath, Danny Tenaglia, Sasha, John Digweed, Ben Klock, Midland, Ame, M.A.N.D.Y, Eats Everything, Ivan Smagghe and countless others.
You can purchase tickets to the inaugural Jika Jika! Manchester show below from 10am on Thursday 12th March.
