Jika Jika! host three huge parties over the festive season

There'll be no shortage of things to do in Derry leading up to the New Year as the city's leading techno and house specialists sew up three massive nights at Sugar Derry and The Bunker over the next few days.

Starting on Black Friday, December 23rd, Jika Jika! call upon the skills of Numbers and Dixon Avenue Basement Jams favourite Denis Sulta to provide some of his melodically rich, dancefloor primed house and techno alongside the ever reliable Zutekh DJs, this time at Sugar.

Boxing Day with Dense & Pika

Boxing Day sees the party go subterrenean as Jika Jika! bring Hotflush techno titans Dense & Pika to The Bunker, the underground rave lair beneath Ebrington Square. They'll command a pulverising three hour masterclass backed up by Ryan Monaghan, John Morrison and Guerrilla Shout.

New Year's Eve with Hammer

For New Year's Eve, the night heads back to Sugar with the focus on Feel My Bicep and Optimo Music signed Hammer whose mesh of house and disco always pushes the feel good factor into the red. Hotflush beat scientist Or:La also appears, her incendiary beats and wild approach to club music make her one of the most exciting DJs out there. The Jika Jika! residents round off a blsitering end of year blowout.
