Acclaimed filmmaker and composer John Carpenter will visit London and Manchester on his Release The Bats tour this Halloween.
The world renowned master of horror is famous for directing the soundtrack to films such as Halloween, The Thing, Assault on Precinct 13 and Escape From New York. He will perform a retrospective musical of his horror works, debut album Lost Themes and brand new compositions.
His minimalist scores strike fear through sparse key notes that pierce brooding atmospherics to bring a chill to the bone. This is your chance to get intimate with Michael Myers and see the fright master in action at the most appropriate time of the year.
As well as an eerie Manchester date in Victoria Warehouse on Saturday 29th October - teased in the video above - John will play as part of Liverpool Music Week at Olympia Theatre on Friday 28th October.
