Justin Robertson to headline 'Sexy Beast' at Brixton Jamm
The acid house stalwart will bring Balearic beats to London on Friday 8th July.

Brixton Jamm will host 'Sexy Beast', a night curated by We Are Balearic taking place on Friday 8th July. The night will be headlined by Justin Robertson a remixer and producer who cut his teeth as a DJ whilst a student during the emerging acid house scene in Manchester.
Recently he has become well known for his Deadstock 33s incarnation through which he has released a critically acclaimed album and remixed work by the likes of Paul Weller, Justice and 2 Bears. Check out his Made In Leeds festival mix below.
Aside from spinning records and making music, Robertson is also known for curating two of the most well respected clubs of the 90's, Spice and Most Excellent, the inspiration to the Chemical Brothers in their early days.
The ethos of the promoters is to recreate the warehouse spirit of the 80's and in Robertson they have one the decades stalwarts and he can call upon the likes of Steve Proctor, Nicky Holloway and many more to help bring Balearic beats to Brixton.
