A look into how Katy B's 'What Love is Made of' video.

We showed you the new video for Katy B a couple of weeks back, the feel-good dance pop soundtrack basking in a semi-ironic tribute to the boy racers of the world. Well now there’s a little behind the scenes video which explores, you guessed it, the behind the scenes making of the video. Apparently it’s a lot of work finding the right people to ensure you have enough blacked up cosworths to pull handbrake turns with, and Katy even sings the song in rapido fashion so it can be slowed down later for dramatic effect. Quite the talent.
Anyway the video paints old Katy in a good light, and for all the tongue in cheek stylings we view her with she’s a bit of a favourite here at Skiddle HQ. She is after all the poster girl for the abandon of the weekend and everything it symbolises, what’s not to love about that? You can catch Katy bringing her clubland chanteuse show to plenty of places this summer, not least the Sunday of the Wireless Festival. There she will be joined by a sneak preview of the Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z ‘Legends of the Summer Tour’, as well as Nas, A$ap Rocky and plenty more urban music talent.
