Kendrick Lamar will induct Compton compatriots N.W.A into the rock and roll hall of fame in April.
K-Dot has made no secret of the seminal rap groups influence on his own career. He features on last year's biopic Straight Outta Compton and paid tribute to Eazy-E in an interview with Paper Mag. (Watch him interview them below)
Kid Rock, Lars Ulrich, The Black Keys and Rob Thomas will join Kendrick in leading various proceedings with Deep Purple, Steve Miller Band, Chicago and Cheap Trick also due to be strapped with musical immortality - if you regularly revisit the rock and roll hall of fame that is.
