Genre-bending Aussie mostly-rockers come to Liverpool in May following the release of two stunning albums this year. It’s going to be huge.

Australia’s best and most lovably bizarre rock band, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, will be tearing up Liverpool’s Olympia on Sunday 26th May 2024.
The insanely prolific multi-award winning band, known for its ability to flawlessly glide through countless genres including metal, psychedelic, garage, and prog rock brings their wild tunes to Liverpool next year and, as with any King Gizz show, it’s going to be incredible.
The band released two albums in 2023 - one thrash metal, one trippy synth-pop -, both met with adoration from listeners and critics alike (as with just about all their projects), and is ready to bring their zany tunes to the people of Liverpool with Grace Cummings as support.
Often found in our Essential Listening indie and alternative playlist, trust us when we say these guys are incredible. Especially live!
Tickets for King Gizz go on sale this Friday (10th November) at 10am, so get those alarms set!
