Kula Shaker will bring their seminal 1996 album K to 12 venues across the country in December to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its release.
The band will begin their UK tour in Oxford on Thursday 1st December and will finish at the O2 Academy in Leeds on Saturday 17th December.
At the time K was the fastest selling debut album since Oasis' Definitely Maybe two years earlier, and with 'Hey Dude' and 'Tattva' the band climbed into the top 40 of the singles chart.
The album demonstrates a healthy mix of groovy, psychedelic rock whilst occasionally dipping into the sort of eastern sounds popularised by The Beatles 30 years earlier.
