Last chance to dance: five huge events happening this weekend

Another week of 2023 is down and now is the time to look forward to the weekend. We have a great mixture of last-minute events that you can attend across the UK this weekend, including an Ibiza Proms experience and raves headlined by huge names in their respective scenes. This is an all standing event which means you'll be able to have a dance too, inside what is one of Manchester's most charming and unique venues.

Catalyst Invites: AnD, Powlowski, Somewhen and more

When: Friday 1st September

Where: SWG3, Glasgow

Catalyst are back and better than ever with what looks like an incredibly exciting rave this weekend. With a powerful lineup that spans Techno, Trance, Hardcore and more, you're in for a night of non-stop energy. The names heading down include Jan Vercauteren, Pawlowski, AnD and XFB.

Cosmic Disco

When: Saturday 2nd September

Where: Luna Springs Digbeth, Birmingham

Cosmic Disco heads to Luna Springs in Digbeth this weekend, promising a night of funk and disco vibes that your body won't be able to resist. They are going to bring a raucous atmosphere to the venue, which will be immersed in confetti, smoke machines and stunning lighting.

Abode Bristol- Open Air

Where: Motion, Bristol

Abode is back in Bristol for the first time in four years and to make their event this weekend one to remember, they've gone open air at Motion. You can expect this to be a brilliant party that will feature special guest DJs as well as incredible production and good vibes all around.

Amplify presents Bollman

When: Saturday 2nd September

Where: La Belle Angele, Edinburgh

A 10 hour rave is taking place this weekend with Bollman at the heart of it. He'll be joined by Conor Hughes who will be going B2B with Jacko. Amongst this huge lineup, you'll find gems such as Kieran Beattie, Aimee Stewart and more. This will be a day of raving that will absolutely fly by.
