Music has always been male-dominated but Forum is here to shake things up a bit with an all-female/nonbinary lineup of super talented DJs blasting tunes ‘til 4 am. Chloe Robinson, previously known as Barely Legal, spins a variety of genres including grime, techno, house, garage and bass. For the first time, Hockley Social Club will be hosting a 14, yes 14, hour-long New Year’s Eve party. If you think you can handle it, get down for live music, booming DJs, delicious food, three bars, and the loudest midnight countdown in the midlands. The day is split into two sessions with the first running from 12-6 pm and the second from 7-2 am. If that wasn’t enough, the venue is dog friendly until 10 pm. We’re sure there’s probably something in the world that tops cuddling dogs a few drinks in with tunes blaring but, if there is, we’ve yet to hear about it.
