Picture a festival pinpointed in the Lake District overlooking Lake Windmere in the midst of an enchanting wood, like the idea of that? Fell Foot Sound happens to match that description and takes place from Friday 17th to Saturday 18th July.
Providing an ultimately intimate experience, due to only a couple of hundred tickets being available, Fell Foot Sound balances festival escapism with plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area.
The music pool features a host of under the radar talent, including the lo-fi sounds of Menace Beach (above), native two piece The Lovely Eggs and many more blistering acts to be housed in the wooden grotto stage.
Adding to your festival contentment, there's heaps more to do nearby including: steam train rides, lake cruises and plenty of sightseeing around the Lake District.
If that's got you hooked on a festival retreat in the Cumbrian countryside, then we suggest you buy into the limited allocation of tickets early here.
