Hail Linton Festival Group members!
Firstly, apologies for not sending out any updates so far this year; the festival has undergone some major re-organisation internally and suffice to say we've been kept busy; however if you've checked out the group homepage, festival website or Facebook page, you will have seen that we have a fantastic line up for this year. We have first time appearances from established acts such as Walter Trout, Oysterband and Bernie Marsden, plus young and evolving blues/rock acts Ben Poole, Aynsley Lister and Erja Lyytinen. Its good see some past favourites back by popular demand, hence the return of Matthew Lee and The Manfreds. A special mention must be made that we are proud to finally see The Hamsters at Linton. This is their final tour at 25 years on the road, so this will be the first and last opportunity to see them at the festival.
Such is the case that we need to advise all potential festival goers that, without any of the planned media advertising having yet appeared, ticket sales are over 85% sold on all 3 days.
If you are intending to attend this year but have not yet purchased tickets, we strongly recommend that you do so soon to avoid disappointment.
