Mercury Prize winner Little Simz has made sure that 2022 finishes in the right way by releasing her new album 'No Thank You' with very little warning time at all. It caps off a brilliant year for the rapper who has rightly been receiving plaudits for her last album 'Sometimes I Might Be Introvert'.
The artist also won a BRIT award in 2022 and we can't wait to get stuck into her latest offering. 'No Thank You' is ten tracks long and features production from Inflo who has worked on Simz's previous albums. This is her fifth effort and judging by early impressions she's on to a winner yet again.
To accompany the album's release, Little Simz released a short statement. "Emotion is energy in motion. Honour your truth and feelings. Eradicate fear. Boundaries are important." Only a couple of weeks ago Simz was given the MOBO award for the best album alongside Knucks. She's on a startling upwards trajectory.
