Following an epic inaugural event last month, Liverpool Disco Festival has announced a date for its 2017 spring/summer edition.
The get-together on Saturday 6th May at The Great Baltic Warehouse will celebrate 30 years of Southport Weekender - a festival with a massive musical cult following which was classed as one of the friendliest and most soulful parties in the world. SW sadly held its last ever event in 2015.
The team behind SUNcéBeat and Hustle will ensure that the spirit of the much-loved event lives on by bringing more of the best live disco acts and quality DJs to the city, all the while paying homage to some of the music responsible for giving Southport Weekender its legendary status over the years.
With the first Liverpool Disco Festival boasting a line up including Odyssey, Dimitri From Paris, DJ Spen and Louie Vega, prepare for a huge offering in 2017.
