Returning on the 27th May to the Titanic Hotel, Sound City+ has added to their list of music industry experts as part of the festival's intensive conference programme.
Sponsored by Skiddle, the conference is a great opportunity to meet leading figures within the industry and entertainment business with a series of sessions aimed at emerging artists.
100 industry experts, including Simon Raymonde (CEO, Bella Union), Li Hui Shen (CEO Modern Sky Entertainment), Wally Van Middendorp (Senior Vice President, International, Roadrunner Records) and Sammy Andrews(Sabotage New Media) will be attending.
Legendary Creation Records founder Alan McGee will be discussing his incredible career and his new nationwide campaign - Musicians Against Homelessness and Simon Parkes, who famously bought Brixton Academy for £1, will provide a fascinating insight on why it’s now more than important than ever to support independent venues. Watch McGee talk about how he discovered Oasis below.
Sound City+ official conference ticketing partner Skiddle will host ‘Ticket To Ride’ - the key issues and opportunities of 21st century ticket marketing – a topic which is more consistently debated than ever before, with serious ramifications for the music industry.
Delegate passes for the conference are available from Skiddle for just £50 deposit with the Sound City+ payment plan and grant access to all conference content and Sound City Music Festival on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May.
