Middlesbrough is set to host one of the true stars of the British pop music scene on Fri 7th june 2013. None other than Olly Murs will be gracing The Centre Square for an evening gig with friends Diana Vickers and Amelia Lily.
The Essex lad has become something of a household name since his appearance on 2009’s X Factor. He reached all the way to the finals of that show, and yet somehow did not win. What he did afterwards though proved to be a master stroke, as he went away, refined his sound, and later returned with a huge No.1 debut album. Ever since then his releases have always gone stellar, as a winning mixture of charisma, charm, and outright talent continue to put him light years ahead of the competition.
Exceeding all expectations, Olly has completely reinvented himself as a genuine pop star, a person with real talent, and his records have shown this. Reaching outstanding critical acclaim, his own music output has gained him a tonne of credibility. His work has shown that shows like X Factor can actually produce the goods.

He will be joined by the ever impressive Diana Vickers and top selling Amelia Lily. Both X Factor graduates, the show will be a rare opportunity to catch some of the best performers to have ever come from the ITV show.
