On Wednesday 17th August we boarded the Lost In Ibiza party and set sail towards a San Antonio sunset with Leftwing & Kody and a whole host of happy ship-mates.
The Lost In Ibiza boat parties also double up as the pre-party for Paradise at DC10 so aside from three hours out at sea with some of the best DJs on the White Isle, you also have the option to upgrade your ticket to include entry to the hottest Wednesday night event in Ibiza with a free transfer to club thrown in for good measure.
We arrived at San Antonio Marina in good time and joined a big queue of people who were getting increasingly eager to set food on board and have a party on the crystal blue Ibizan waters.
The boat party set sail at 6pm and upon setting foot on-board we were handed two glasses of sangria each to enjoy on the journey. There is also a fully stocked bar on the bottom deck which is open for the duration of the trip just in case the two free sangrias aren't enough (which realistically they never are in Ibiza).
We headed up the steps to the top deck where a resident DJ was warming up the crowd as we set sail into the Mediterranean Sea. The sights you see on the boat are breath-taking and really add to the Ibiza experience.
Each week there is a special guest DJ and this week we had duo Leftwing & Kody who took to the decks around 7.30pm. The reaction from the crowd was incredible and at no point throughout the trip did the energy levels on the boat drop.
Leftwing & Kody played numerous dance, house and techno gems, giving us the Ibiza club experience on water and also giving us a taster of what was still to come later that night at DC10.
We were out in the water for a good few hours but soon it was time to head back to shore. The boat sped up and as we drew closer to the shore New Order’s ‘Blue Monday’ blasted out of the speakers and everyone went absolutely crazy for it.
Lost In Ibiza really do put on a cracking boat party and it is definitely something that you should experience on your trip to Ibiza.
