Love At First Dance: Skiddle wants to hear your dance floor love stories

We tend to overthink Valentine’s Day. By putting so much pressure on ourselves for things to be perfect, we think about grand gestures. A love letter written in the sky by planes? Delivering an obscenely gigantic teddy bear to your significant other's place of work? A tattoo of their face on top of your own face?

Let's not go overboard and bring the focus back on simple connection. Because as long as it’s you and them enjoying an event you love together, then that’s all that matters. In the spirit of bringing people together, Skiddle is looking for your stories of finding love at an event. Music is the ultimate unifier, as people from all over connect under one roof, bouncing in unison. There can be no greater place to find like-minded souls. 

Stories sent over to us will be posted on our feed, with one lucky winner receiving a £100 Skiddle gift card, which you can spend on any event the pair of you will love this Valentine’s Day. We’ve got you covered with a whole host of amazing DJs and artists playing across the UK

To enter our new competition, you need to follow Skiddleuk on Instagram, have a Skiddle account and DM us with your love story, submissions will need to be in by 12pm on Tuesday 11th February.
