Lucinda Williams will bring The Ghosts of Highway 20 to the UK this month. The Grammy award winning country singer released her 12th album earlier this year calling it a map of her life.
The 14 song collection details the lives of those who have travelled along the 1500 mile stretch of road that connects South Carolina and Texas. Listen to the title track below.
Williams' 35 year career has seen her named as America's Best Songwriter by Time magazine in 2002 and she is universally acclaimed for her 1988 album Car Wheels on a Gravel Road.
The singer songwriter will begin her tour at Cambridge's The Junction on Sunday 3rd July, concluding at Sheffield's Plug on Wednesday 13th July. Tickets for her Sheffield date are available from the box below.
