Funkademia has announced a new residency at Exhibition in Manchester, bringing funk, soul, and disco to the venue every Friday night.
At the end of May, Funkademia announced its temporary hibernation at Mint Lounge, stating it would return in September bigger and better than ever.
Now, Manchester's longest-running club night has announced a new residency at Exhibition where it’ll treat music fans to block party classics from 7pm until 1am every week.
Bringing timeless music from the likes of James Brown, Prince, and Grace Jones, they promise to bring the same vibes to the Peter Street venue. The first Funkademia bash at Exhibition goes down tomorrow (7th June) and it’s free entry!
Whether you’re a Funkademia regular or are new to Funkademia and are simply keen to enjoy the best tunes from music legends, head over to Exhibition on Fridays for classics on classics.
