Manchester's biggest old skool & classics event Feel The Beat was asked by the iconic Ministry Of Sound if they fancied doing a special, one-off classics event. Of course they said yes.
So, promoters Pete Grimmy & Anthony Taylor put together an awesome lineup of DJ's starting Cream & Ministry legend DJ Tall Paul, known for his pumping sounds and the man behind tracks such as Camisra's Let Me Show You which DJ's across the globe still play to thousands each weekend. Ministry & Hacienda favourite Allister Whitehead joins in with Ministry London DJ Jason Fubar hopefully recovered from his very own Back To The Old Pool Festival the week before.
Northerner's love their classics events! And quite rightly so. It's a celebration of the golden era of clubbing and dance music in general and the sounds and DJ's always deliver a vibrant, electric atmosphere that simply has to be seen to be believed.
Alongside these will be some Feel The Beat favourites from over the years, each a legend in their own right. DJ Stu Allan, Rob Tissera, Mark XTC join DJ Andy Pendle, Rob Cain & Grimmy all take to the stage. They don't deliver by half's these boys!
The event is split into 2 half's; with the pre-party at Underdog Manchester from 8pm, moving a 30 second walk around the corner to Gorilla for the main event at midnight until 5am.
Promoter Anthony Taylor says, 'The response to this event has been amazing! We're used to getting a positive response to our events but nothing quite like this. It's been unreal! All the DJ's and supporters have really got behind this.' with Grimmy mentioning 'It's been a pleasure to provide these events over the years and we're geared up to deliver yet another awesome event. We've got a few surprises up our sleeves too'
So there you have it. Saturday 15th July in Manchester is the place to be for hands in the air entertainment. Final release tickets are now on sale online here: skiddle.com/e/12982604 or call 07944368508 for delivery in your area.
