Mint Lounge 10th Birthday Weekend

Nestled in Manchester's thriving Northern Quarter lies Mint Lounge - a club space that is soon to enter its tenth year in the business. The club has regularly hosted some of Manchester's finest promoters including the city's longest running clubnight Funkademia, the rip-roaring bass shenanigans of Hit & Run, and super cool underground house night Drop The Mustard amongst a host of others. 

Mint Lounge celebrates this feat on November 14th with a full weekend of hedonistic goodness, helmed by some of the city's most respected nightclubs, with a few brand new ones in there for measure.

Dub Phizix and Strategy's Well Good Do! 13th November

OK we know we said that the celebrations start on the 14th, but we could hardly go without mentioning 'Dub Phizix and Strategy's Well Good Do!!' could we? Apart from the fact that it's name is just immense, the night will feature the DJing skills of drum and bass innovators Dub Phizix and MC Strategy (obviously), alongside none other than genre spanning man of the moment Toddla T, as well as Manchester's finest all rounder Chimpo, with MCs DRS and Fox respectively. Top Of The Pops w/ Clint Boon 14th November

Clint Boon is in charge of a tenth Birthday edition of Top Of The Pops. Renowned for its flaunting of long lost classics, party starters and dance floor gems, the Inspiral Carpets icon will be going through a top notch selection of pop, rock, indie, and good ol' rock n roll. He will join the rest of the residents for a night of unadulterated pop classics. Tickets are available here.

Funkademia with Groove Motion 15th November

You don't last 19 years in a city with as thriving a night life as Manchester without your night being something truly extraordinary, which is exactly what Funkademia is. The night regularly sells out, as the high grade sounds of funk, soul, reggae, hip hop and house continue to be lapped up by the cities most discerning music lovers.
