N.W.A performed together for the first time in 27 years at Coachella

The last surviving members of N.W.A joined forces for a reunion at Coachella festival last night (23rd April). 

Dr. Dre united with Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella on stage but they did not perform any N.W.A classics together. Dr. Dre wasn't there for the performance of ‘Straight Outta Compton’, but joined them for a rendition of ‘Still D.R.E.’ and Tupac’s ‘California Love’. You can watch a fan clip below.

Kendrick Lamar was also invited on to the stage by Ice Cube to perform the track 'Alright' from the album To Pimp A Butterfly. He dedicated the festival set to Prince who sadly passed away last week.
