Hip hop royalty Nelly will be joined by UK grime star Kano on the bill of Cambridgeshire festival Strawberries and Creem on June 11.
Easing into its third year in the outskirts of picturesque Cambridge, Strawberries and Creem welcomed the likes of Skepta, General Levy and Grandmaster Flash to Haggis Farm last summer with 2016's line up looking like a major step forward for the fledgling festival.
Releasing the huge 8.4 million selling Country Grammar album in 2000, Texas rapper Nelly went on to score massive hits like 'Hot In Herre' (watch it below) and 'Pimp Juice' and with an estimated 21 million albums sold he is reckoned to be the fourth biggest selling hip hop artist in history.
Grime originator Kano will also be appearing at Strawberries and Creem, fresh from the release of his Made in the Manor album. The grime pin-up whose banging debut long player Home Sweet Home shot him into the mainstream, has continued to be a vital force on the UK scene, collaborating with Blur's Damon Albarn and producing the urban rap poetry of 'New Banger' and '3-Wheels Up'.
