Tech house giants Solardo return home for a massive Manchester event on World Mental Health Day. Part of an event series called The Drop, which fuses uplifting house and good mental health, they’ll be raising awareness and funds for mental health charities/

Solardo, who every house music fan will know, will be blasting through massive anthems like ‘XTC’ and ‘Power’ with Maur, but not before another Manc duo, Shimrise, gets the crowd warmed up.

The artists come to The Yard, a converted Victorian school in Cheetham Hill, bringing along infectious, high-energy music for just 300 lucky ravers.

gok-wan-liverpool

When: Saturday 16th November 2024

Where: The Dome At Grand Central Hall in Liverpool

Fashionista turned house DJ, Gok Wan brings his Isolation Nation event to one of the best clubs in Liverpool, and certainly one of the pretties, in November.

Offering the best in uplifting, vocal, old skool, and disco house brought to life by DJs, dancers, performers, and queens, it’s looking to be a super positive party.

Originally born as a live stream, Isolation Nation quickly grew into an in-demand party once we were allowed to leave the house again. Since then, the party has lifted spirits across the country's clubs and festivals.

Why not see what it’s all about for yourself?

Free-Range-Sounds

When: Friday 1st November 2024

Free Range Sounds has enlisted some of the most thrilling names in UKG, breaks, bassline, and more to take to the decks at Concorde 2 in November.

A very special guest, who’ll be announced on the 30th of September, takes the headline slot. All we know is it’ll be his FRS debut and that he’s big in the underground. Keep an eye on their socials for the announcement! Prozak, Denham Audio, and Jay Carder will be joining them.

Returning to one of its favourite venues, FRS is putting a spin on this one. They’re putting the DJ booth in the middle of the dancefloor for a more intimate 360-degree bash.

Word of Mouth HALLOWEEN 2024 @ Molineux Stadium

word-of-mouth

When: Saturday 26th October 2024

Where: Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton

Stuart Ojelay brings his Word of Mouth party back to its home of Wolverhampton for a massive Halloween rave, taking over a section of Molineux Stadium.

Split into two areas of music, punters will find club classics and house anthems at the main stage, and old skool R&B and garage over at the North Bank Bar. Since WoM’s past Halloween events have seen the majority of attendees in fancy dress, there’ll be a glitter bar on site if you want to dress up for the occasion.

Word of Mouth has years of experience bringing incredible events to Wolverhampton and beyond. And with their motto, “Let’s make good things happen”, we’re certain this one’s going to be nothing but positive (and maybe some spooky) vibes.

Aborted / Crypta / The Zenith Passage / Organectomy - London and Southampton

aborted-london-aborted-southampton

When: Tuesday 20th May 2025 / Wednesday 21st May 2025

Where: The Garage in London / Engine Rooms in Southampton

Belgian death metal and grindcore band Aborted comes to London and Southampton as part of their Slashing Europe tour in May next year. It’ll be the band’s first headlining European tour since 2019.

Formed in 1995, the extreme metal legends dropped their 12th album, Vault of Horrors, in March this year to critical acclaim, adding to the band’s already impressive legacy. And the features on that record are wild - we’re talking guest vocals from Fleshgod Apocalypse, Engulf, Cryptopsy, and so many more.

Bringing along Brazilian death metal band Crypta, American technical death metal’s The Zenith Passage, and New Zealand slamming death metal outfit Organectomy, it’s going to be a night packed with some seriously nasty riffs brought to us by metal promoters Aeon.

Soul Town Festival 2025

Soul-Town-Festival-crop

When: Saturday 6th - Sunday 7th September 2025

Where: Croydon Road Recreation Ground in Beckenham

Soul Town returns next year for another edition of the UK’s biggest soul, Motown, disco, and funk festival with the occasional splash of reggae.

Of course, we don’t know who’ll be playing next year’s festival yet but this year’s lineup featured The Four Tops, Earth Wind & Fire Experience, Maxi Priest, Jocelyn Brown, Atlantic Star, Tavares, The Trammps, and more. With this in mind, we’re sure they’ll deliver an equally amazing lineup for 2025.

Soul Town 2025 will feature over 65 artists, 40 food vendors, dancers, rides, attractions, craft stalls, live steel bands, a cocktail beach, and more.
