A new week begins and we have plenty to look forward to, including an amazing selection of events on New On Skiddle. This week, we have plenty of festivals such as Hasting's Reggae Festival and Lancaster's Highest Point. The latter welcomes headliners Busted and Tom Odell this year.
We also have special one-off shows from some of the biggest names in the business and plenty of raves to look forward to over the coming months.

Where: The Ovals, Hastings
A festival that never fails to deliver, Hastings Reggae Festival features some of the best names within the genre. For 2024, you'll be treated to a line-up that includes General Levy, Maxi Priest, Tarrus Riley and Aswad. A brilliant atmosphere makes this one of the most inviting festival experiences around.

When: Friday 10th - Saturday 11th May
Where: Williamson Park, Lancaster
Get these dates in your calendar as Highest Point is set to blow us away yet again this year. Taking place in the picturesque surroundings of Lancaster's Williamson Park, Tom Odell will be headlining the Friday night, whilst Busted will be closing out the festival on Saturday.
A perfect mixture of pop and dance, you'll find delightful DJ sets from Gok Wan, Sarah Story, Yousef and more.

On The Beach 2024 - The Libertines
When: Sunday 28th July
Where: Brighton Beach
The Libertines, synonymous with 00's British music and indie sleaze are set to have a big 2024. One of their highlights will surely be this show down on Brighton Beach, where they will be supported by The Charlatans, The Big Moon, The Futureheads and more. Enjoy some good old anthems in the sun.

Sugababes - Live at Bristol Ampitheatre
When: Thursday 1st August
Where: Amphitheatre and Waterfront Square, Bristol
The Sugababes have been receiving brilliant reviews since their reunion, playing huge shows such as False Idols at Drumsheds in London. This summer they will be at Bristol Amphitheatre, bringing their R&B and pop classics out for what should be a beautiful evening.

Hospitality On The Harbour has been a huge success, selling out in the previous two years. A mainstay of Bristol summers, it is always a day party to remember. As always, they are bringing some extraordinary drum and bass artists to the city including A Little Sound, Andy C, Netsky and High Contrast.

Critical Sound Summer Sonics//London 2024
When: Saturday 25th May
Where: The Cause, London
After an unreal return in 2023, Critical's acclaimed day party returns this year for a big London party over the May bank holiday weekend. You'll be able to witness legendary sets from the likes of Mefjus, Ivy Lab, Inja and Skeptical.

Box Red: Archie Hamilton, Luuk Van Dijk & More

Where: The Dome at Grand Central Hall, Liverpool
Wheats is bringing his Box Red party to The Dome in April, to bring a night of house music for you to dance to. The line-up is full of stars such as Archie Hamilton, Luuk Van Dijk and Us Two.

A new event from PRTY sees Black Traffic being invited down to Tank in Sheffield, where he'll be joined by Cadzow, Jezza & Jod and Rally for a big night of techno and trance.

Facemelter Raves Liverpool! Bank Holiday Blowout!
When: Sunday 5th May
Where: The Courtyard, Liverpool
Facemelter Raves are taking over one of the best spots in Liverpool this May, with an outdoor rave that will be looking to catch any early summer weather that might be coming our way. An impressive line-up sees Rob Cain, Parsa Nani, Symmetrik and more appear.

Confidence Man are sending their DJs over to Scotland in March and they'll be making a stop off in Aberdeen. Reggie Goodchild and Clarence McGuffie control all the beats for the for the group who have been conquering the world over the last few years with their hilarious songs and feel-good vibe.
